All the core features of Foundation - self-service portal, governance jobs, admin interface, rich notifications and template support - now applied to Power BI and Fabric workspaces instead of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 Groups.
Detect Fabric workspaces
The DetectNewGroups job identifies new Fabric workspaces when a fabricFilter is specified, ensuring every BI environment is brought under governance.
Ensure owners
The governance job checks that every workspace has both a Primary and Secondary owner set as Admin. If an owner is invalid or missing, MOCA365 notifies the designated owner or IT to take corrective action.
Lifecycle and compliance
Automated governance jobs monitor activity, ownership and compliance for all Fabric and Power BI workspaces.
Self-service provisioning
Users request and create new Fabric or Power BI workspaces via the MOCA365 portal, with configurable templates and metadata collection.
